Does anyone know of any good movies with C4 vettes in them? Car chases a plus... ;)

I know there was a white C4 and a midyear destroyed in ConAir.

I think that director has something against vettes.

One of the Bond movies, A View to a Kill, has an 85 in it i think.

I saw a movie awhile back. Cant rember what it was called but I think it had Judge Reinhold in it. He (jr) is with this woman that is cheating on her husband the police chief and she borrowed his white c4 vert. Then he takes it to some building and parks it in fron and theres a bomb inside that blows up the building and car. Could possibly be one of the beverly hills cop movies. :cheers:

I can't remember the movie name, but it was from the early 90's. The movie has Ice T (a rapper). The scene is set in 1984 and it shows Ice T driving a "new" 84 black Vette with the ignition poped out because he stole it.

Oh, forgot about "Showtime", the Robert De Niro, Eddie Murphy movie that has Eddie's caracter driving a silver C5 kinda fast and tossing the rear end throughout a parking ramp. :cool:

that sounds like the movie "Cuffs" with Christian Slater, I thought the vette was red though?

This isn't going to help unless I think of the name, but there is a movie about a car thief who steals a blue C4 and is involved in a minor car chase with it. Better footage when he steals a Ferrri and is chased by a 911. The thief is working for Jan Michael Vincent, there is a girl involved, yadda, yadda, yadda. It was in rotation on one of the pay channels a month or so ago. Sorry, this isn't much help. Check Vincent's filmography

I couldn't think of any movies that had cool C4 driving scenes. Most of the time, Vettes are either stolen or owned by azholes (or both like in xXx :rolleyes: ).

I think the executive garage in Robocop had a bunch of C4's.

There was a red 84-85 vette in cannonball run II, I have the dvd. Red line is a pretty good car movie I thought between the zr-1 and the ferrari 308 :cool: Ahhhh... Ferrari

"Face" in the A-team drove a White 84 Vette with a red stripe around the side of the car, although it wasn't seen a lot in the show.

This isn't a movie, but in the early "Beverly Hills 90210" shows, one of the characters drives a '90 vert around. Later on, they upgraded his car to a 92 vert I believe.

I forget the name of the movie but it was a true story about the Dr. who started the whole breast implant thing.It starred David Schwimmer,and towards the end he was driving a 85 or 86 and rear ended a truck.Good movie ,lots of bare biznoobies. :seeya :yesnod:

I know there was one that got the rear window shot out in "I Come in Peace". There was also one in "Along Came a Spider" that got totalled and fell off a dam.

Just off the top of my head ...

--That movie with Joe Pesci(?) called the "Landlord" or something or rather, in which a red 90 gets stripped on the street.

--That comedy with Tom Hanks and Diane Chambers called "Money Pit" or something or rather, in which a red 84 is driven by the Italian contractor.

--One of the "Cannonball" movies, in which a red 85 is driven by Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr.

--One of the "Dirty Harry" motives, in which the rock star's girlfriend drives up in a 88 or 89 convertible.

--"Pretty Woman" with the red 88 or 89 convertible at the polo scene.

Curious, why are all the C4s in the movies RED???
