Default Reconnected CAGS

I got a wild idea and reconnected the CAGS on my 96. Previous owner had unplugged it and added the proper add-on. The weird thing is that the tranny seems to shift smoother than before (in all gears). Does this seems right to ya'll, or am I just see/feeling things?

Also, I don't recommend backing up the rear tires on rhino ramp. It aint as easy as it seems and it aint pretty if you screw up. :nonod:

thanks

I never disconnected mine on my '89 or on my '90 now. I don't see the need to disconnect it.

If you drive it right you never have to deal with it. :D

I had my CAGS disconnect some time ago, but didn't use the Eliminator. I just now finished installing an Eliminator and will let you know shortly if there is a difference in feel. It didn't make any difference before....

I just had it programmed out when I had the custom chip burnt. Like stated before, it's really no problem if you drive em like they should be driven. 84 CF 91 ZR-1

I can't imagine why you'd want to hook the CAGs back up.

I couldn't wait to bypass mine.

Whatever makes you happy though..... :skep:

Sometimes I DO get caught shifting at that dreaded 14-18 mph and it *tries* to have its way with me *G* but I just shift around it....

Drove it tonight with the new CAGS Eliminator. No difference in feel....for me anyway.
