Default Door Panel Removal (1991) - Just double checking

I found a great link describing the door panel removal and I just wanted to double check with people who have done it. Specifically my question is about the screw behind the window switch. I just pry out the switch with a small screw driver?

I think a CF member wrote this up. They did a great job! http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/....php?qstId=161

Thanks
-Mike

I did not remove the lock cover. Just push it up enough to get a philips screwdriver past it. Then when I put the panel back on I left this one screw out so I wouldn't stress it when I needed to remove the panel again.

I did my 92 last summer. The window switch should pop out. If I remember correctly i used a small screwdriver and popped it out.

All the locations marked look right. :yesnod:

Great thanks guys. That'll be one of my projects today. The door was "slim jimed" a while back and the lock doesn't quite lock unless you push the slider the rest of the way manually. Hopefully it'll just be a bent rod or something.

My wrong. I was talking about the door lock. I pryed one up enough to get past it, but the other door I had to pry off the door lock. As to the window switch, I don't think the screw behind it has to be removed to remove the door panel.

Took my 92 Driver door panel off a few times, and don't remember ever having to deal with a screw behind the window switch.
