Default Fs - C4 Cold Air Induction Unit

Three tube, under-hood, cold air induction unit from SLP Performance Parts (PN - 21028 for 1992 through 1996 LT1 and LT4 or 1990 through 1995 ZR1. Unit has been on a 1994 LT1 for less than six months. Corvette has been driven for 632 miles, including 48, quarter mile passes during this time period. Unit looks brand new. Retailed direct from SLP at $299.95, selling unit for $135 plus shipping costs. Check SLP web site for picture of unit, specs and performance claims:

http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?P=21028

SLP claims unit can achieve up to 20 HP gain depending on application, based on comparative dyno test runs on my 1994 LT1, installed unit achieved a 6 HP gain over open K&N air filter set-up.
If interested, please send PM - thank you.

I am interested..

I understand the performance is not quite what they state, but I also like the look of it....

Quick question, when installing would it help to have this for the front?

I have a slp intake, this is an excellent deal. I dont think that that diffuser would help, i believe it is actually for a cold air intake kit(thats where it gets the air from) and goes through a tube into the intake.

The slp looks good, and sounds really good also.

Thanks for the interest in the unit - it has been sold and will be on its way to the new owner in SC by Wednesday of this week. Wish I had more than one to sell!
