is the cam for the early lt1 dowel pin and are the roller rockers 1.6 ratio? does it come with the gasket kit? pics to rffemt808@hotmail.com thanks bob

jegs.com has alot of info on kit. as far as the intructions go its cam part number 24502586 1986 present gen 1 and gen 2 engines. the camshaft dowel pin lenght is configured for the pin drive cam driven distributor used in some model year LT1 and all L99/LT4 applications. if the camshaft being replaced has a shorter dowel pin lightly tap the dowel pin in so that it protrudes 0.310 inches from the front of the camshaft surface. i bought the cam kit for my 1995 z28. i will send you pics of the kit and of the instructions.

roller rockers are the GM 1.6 self aligning aluminun rocker arms.
