Yes this is a street runner that will work on 90-91 despite hypertech's description saying it will only work in 90 is incorrect. Just a tactic to sell more products. It is programed in a definition called $8D. A memcal is a stand alone unlike the piggyback that just offsets the eprom so the ecm reads piggyback eprom. A memcal includes a eprom in the front half a i/o buffer and a netress for limp home function. It also contain's a knock filter board. I posted a picture so you can see the difference. The white memcal is the 121381.

Is this for an auto or a manual? Do you know specifically what has been changed? I want a low fan kick on primarily, but I also know some of these manufacturers had different stages depending on what the mods were.

This is for a automatic transmission, I will have a chance to run it in a few days and let you know what the gauge reads for turn on and off on the fan's. I really don't know what all they did to the programing you would need to contact hypertech and hope the tell you the specifics.

Ahh, mine is a manual. I just got a fan switch today to try and I'm hoping that works. This is a good deal seeing as how it is a memcal and not just a piggy back. Good luck with the sale.
