FS: 1984 Doug Nash 4+3, OD Needs Rebuild - $300 plus shipping.
I just had a Tremec TKO600 installed in my 1984. This is my original Doug Nash 4+3 trans with shifter and new ****. The car and trans have 81000 miles.
The trans needs a rebuild. Typical with the early DN's a bearing noise in the overdrive unit was the issue.
$300 for trans and shifter. It's heavy. Local Detroit area pickup would be good. Shipping will probably be $100+. Continental US only. (UPS shipped the Tremec for $125). I will ship in hefty Tremec box. Fluids have been drained.
