WTB '88 - '89 Dash Carrage
The big plastic thing in the drawing. Mine is a bit busted up from driving twisted roads. New or as new. '86 and '87 will also work. Thanks, George

I've got an 88 I am getting ready to part out. Not sure what shape the internal dash parts are in, the cover is shot. Let me know if you would be interested. How does $250 plus shipping from 32571 sound?

Sir. Just a little high on the price, but we can discuss. Please let me know the condition. When you can. Thanks, George

Was doing great right up to the end of the year. Then broke a timing chain in one car and flatted a cam in another. Two engine rebuilds at the same time. By by $$$.
Got the '89 harness rebuilt. Gutted and cleaned the engine compartment. And undercarriage. Diff rebuild. 3:54. Drive shaft redone. Engine cleaned. Just need new injectors and some other parts from Jerry's. The put the top end back on. Seats are at All Knoch's. New shocks delivered. Have actuators.
In the grand scheme of things, the engine is ready to go in the car - almost. Need to dash to mount the harness.
Was hoping to make it to the bash this year. Just could not pull it off.
Thanks for asking.

. Stalled. I was on a roll up to this time last year. Then timing chain snapped in the 99. And cam went flat in the 69. Two engine rebuilds in one year + upgrades that I just needed to do at the same time. That was the money to finish the 89. I was ready to send a check to Jerry's Gaskets for the engine top end. And had talked to Bret about shipping him the body. Ouch is an understatement. Bright side is that both those cars are now running better than ever. 480rwh on the 99. The 69 is tuned great. So next is to fix the rear bumper on the 99 as I was just rear ended last night. Finding this dash part has proved elsusive. I have two nos 89 dash panels with the power key cutouts and GM never sold the cars. I want to find the upper dash panel that went into 100,000 Corvettes and I can't find even one in good shape. Thanks for asking. George
