I had them on my LT1. I would think as long as your cam does not have more static lift than the LT1 it should be fine.

You would need the LT4 studs. They are 7/16 at the base going into the head, and 11mm at the top for the locking nuts. At least the stock lock nuts are 11mm, but these may be different if they were on an LT1. You'd want new springs for certain.

How many miles on these rockers?

I had them on for more time than miles. I maybe put 15k miles on in 10 years. I bought them from a forum member over 10 years ago and don't know how many miles they had on them he took them off.
