Default FS: 1990 ZR-1 fuel sending unit with pumps, 50K miles

** SOLD **

The original sending unit was "way off." I know you can take these apart and clean the sending unit to restore its accuracy, but I just didn't want to. Since I was changing the sending unit, I decided to change the pumps too (the "while I'm in there" syndrome)

So, I have this original sending unit complete with the two original fuel pumps. The fuel pumps were fine. Fuel pressure wasn't a problem.

I replaced these this year at 50,000 miles

At one time I thought about rigging this up for my 1987 C4 (that needs a little more fuel :-) … the unit should physically fit in any C4. You would have to wire in the secondary fuel pump hot wire to activate it.

$35 shipped OBO

Gary

Did you spray the pumps down with WD40 or something like it to keep the pumps from seizing?
Johnny

If they're not seized, I'll take them, I need a spare for mine
Tnx

I did not. After I pulled them, I ran some non-ethanol gas through them to be sure there was no water, but I didn't spray them.
