Default edelbrock high flow manifold

Selling my edelbrock high flow intake manifold base plate (part 3860) $360. Purchased summer 2014, only used on vehicle for 3 months. I paid $475 and have receipt to show proof of purchase. I am building a stroker engine and going a different route for an intake. If interested contact me!

I'm running the 3860 on my 89 with Dart pro 1 aluminum heads so they do work with aluminim heads...The seller hasn't been back on this forum for 5 months so don't expect an answer from him on the heads...WW

So, then both Edelbrock 3860 and 3861 will work with a 86 coupe with iron heads. I still don't understand the purpose for both manifolds?

From the interwebs,

The 3860 is machined for both bolt hole angles (45 and 72), while the 3861 only has the 45º holes. The 3861 is meant for older or aftermarket heads.

Hello. Been following this thread because I've got this manifold. Can you tell anything about it from its casting number?

What more would you want to know about it? It's the stock TPI intake manifold for the early '85-'86 C4 corvettes. It doesn't have the internal EGR passage.

Thanks greatly for the comeback. I didn't know what year it was meant for or whether it was a high flow.
