F/S: two "performance" MEMCAL chip replacements, 86-88?

These were in some 86/87 ECU's I bought last year at Carlisle; they both work but they're for automatic transmissions so they're useless to me. I don't know what changes these have over stock configurations, but they usually have different shift points, cooler fan settings, and some minor fuel map changes.
-- ADS Superchip. No part number on the unit. This one requires piggybacking your old MEMCAL.
-- Hypertech, says 8922B on one sticker, and 128 882 on another. This one does NOT require your old MEMCAL.
Make offers. I checked around online and the few places that claim to sell them want ludicrous money -- $250 and up. That's absurd, IMHO. I can't use them and just want them going to good homes for a realistic price.
