Hello,

I too am looking for one of these. I have found one that is almost identical from what I can tell via pictures but it sells for like $395.00. I can get the name of the site I saw this on if you like. I know it was a corvette carbon fiber type site. They also offer a rear lip spoiler for the newer style c4's as well. They can be purchased in primer, carbon fiber or painted. Let me know if your interested I'll give you the site. Also, if you have seen anything similar please let me know as I'd like to check it out.

Thanks!
Steve

I believe American Hydrocarbon is the Co. that is selling a repo. I think they are out of Fla.

Default m1 Prowler spoiler

The guy you are talking about who makes that spoiler is Amercain Hydrocarbon and the one I am looking for is a hard plastic type. Like the one one on the front of the corvette. If I should find a source I will post to you and the forum members. Thanks John.

Default m1 type front spoiler

Thanks everyone for your responses. I checked and it is American Hydrocarbon that makes this spoiler now. They want $495.00 for the spoiler itself, another $200.00 if you want it painted or finished in carbon and also shipping charges of approx $68.00. Total is approx $763.00 for spoiler to be shipped to your door finished. Thats too much money for me. Too bad, it really looked nice to me but its double the price of any other available spoilers around. Guess I'll just stick with the factory spoiler, maybe add the big mouth intake at the most.

Well I finally found a M1 Prowler spoiler! It is brand new on of the box and unpainted! Any info on black carbon fiber coating would be appreciated! Here are a few pics.

Hi Jon,

I see you found an M1 spoiler for your corvette. If you don't mind me asking where did you locate it? And is it new/old stock or used? I'm just wondering how I could go about finding one. I'm sure there's another one out there somewhere.

You'll have to google who does it in your area.
Watched some videos on how it's done and what they can cover: wheels, gun stocks, dash panels, wood moldings, almost anything you can think of,and in an infinite amount of colors and patterns.

VERY COOL STUFF!

Yes it is and the clear finish is a very big part on the final process! Thanks for the heads up.
