Brian, Try Lares Corporation at: http://www.larescorp.com/ I think they can help with a rebuilt one, or, rebuild yours. As for the pulley, yours should come off and be re-useable on a new (rebuilt) pump. You will need to rent / borrow a power steering pump pulley puller which is a unique tool once you understand how it works.
