why are you limiting to lower 48 if buyer is paying for it?
FYI, it costs no more to ship a small 1st class or priority (1 LB) mail package anywhere in the world than from coast to coast.
That includes all 50 states as well as US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Actually it costs quite a bit more to ship international. For example, a medium flat rate box is about $13 domestically but is ~$43 to Canada. I guess I shouldn't exclude domestic locations such as Alaska and US VI. I just don't want to deal with international shipping.
