Just a tip...You can ship the manuals via USPS book rate. It's cheaper that way. Plus they have boxes they give you for free and if it fits in the box it ships for a flat rate no matter the weight. 
I'm not a USPS advocate. I just ship a lot of things. Hope that helps someone.

Thanks Chad, that tip about USPS is very good to know. I lost my shirt on the oil filters in shipping costs. Lesson learned.
