Last price drop. Ive got a used delco opti that came off at 50k that worked great when I pulled it. I put a brand new petris cap with a complete vent kit and a rotor (locktighted) on it and stuck it aside for a spare. I will throw in a oem water pump that came off working fine at the same time that would be an excellent core for rebuilding and already has a new thermostat installed and the take off timing cover that I installed all 3 new seals in. 175 bucks shipped and you can have it all.the new cap and rotor and vent kit will set you back 200 bucks. Your basically getting a working original opti, water pump and timing cover for free.

that was my thought too. With the petris cap and rotor and vent kit its no doubt better then even a Delphi opti. Odd thing is, even if someone wanted a cap and rotor and a vent kit for there own original opti youd be saving money buying this, pulling it apart and using it on your own and keeping my opti for a spare. Plus your getting all new front seals and a new thermostat. But some will buy a 200 dollar new opti thinking it better then a used one and are going to find out its far from true.
