I don't have one nor do I know what yours looks like but here's a suggestion.
I had a similar issue with my truck fob, the membrane which is the buttons was torn. I could not find a suitable case or replacement for mine but I found one on ebay with the same physical shape and button placement but had a different model/code than mine had. I took mine and that one apart and swapped the circuit board out of mine into the case of the one I bought. It's worked well for me.
