Default Cut wiring harness on 96 LT1 with ecm and fuse box intact.

Bought a LT1 96 camaro z/28 with cut wiring harness but with ECM and Fuse box . What's the best way to fix this assuming stock fix? What are cost effecient changes to LT1 staying under 450 hp to rear wheels. I'm getting different answers about MSD. Would like to stay stock with different chip and tune. Thoughts for you LT1 gurus to a newbie. Thanks. :smash: Any cam changes, crank changes, rods, machine work includ heads appreciated. Any books out there or articles so I don't have to ask such dumb questions and bother you people. Thanks again. :smash:
