Default Need Help Understanding OBDII info

Ok, I am just wondering how to read this information... I know most of it but have a few questions...

What exactly is the calculated load value?
What is the short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim bank?
What should the ignition timing advanced be at idle, wot, etc?
How do you read the O2 sensor readings and what do they mean? What are the "good" range of values and how can you tell if something is wrong?

I tried to read up on some of this stuff but I think it would be good to get some feedback and info from you guys!
Thanks guys!

If working correctly and in CL then the O2 voltage should rapidly change from hi - lo - hi.
If the reading is static then O2 sensor is not working
