94 Check Engine Soon - Codes C12 and H48
Just replaced the water pump and opti-spark on my 94 and now trying to get my check engine soon light to go off, disconnected both sides of the battery separately to no avail. Will it go off automatically after so many miles or key cycles on and off up to operating temperature?
I ran the codes with the paper clip method and keep getting C12 and H48 even after clearing out the codes for 1.7, 4.7 etc.
Thanks for your help!

Module 1 is the CCM
Module 4 is the PCM
Module 9 is the ABS/ASR
"Code 12 is standard throughout all three systems to indicate the system is functioning fine.
Code 12 will be displayed as C12.
If a Code 12 is not present, a larger problem exists and must be resolved.
All codes will be preceded with either an “H” for History (old) or “C” for Current (new)."
May want to read this

but I am not seeing a 48 code in any module
