Hi the ars service light stays on. Also the ars off light stays on. Code h73 comes up on dash, but will not clear! What does this mean?

If you are refering to the "ASR" or acceleration slip regulation or automatic slip reduction or something like that. It's refering to the traction control in either case. I don't have traction control but this might get you started. Good luck!
