Looking to buy a scanner for my 96 ob2 vette want a little more than a code reader would like to be able to scan abs and srs systems any suggestions will be apprecated

Try getting with your local SNAP ON or MATCO tool dealer- they often have used scanners for cheap. You can get them on craigslist and FLEAbay. The snap on SOLUS,MT2500,ETHOS,MODIS are great scan tools for what you need, Just make sure you get the OBD2 connector and key. Good luck. I have an extra MODIS if you are interested- $1500 but the battery will not charge- you have to run it off the 110 volt charger.
