Way Too Rich
1 have a 1986 with tuned port that is running way rich. It doesn't hit or miss but runs a little rough. I have replaced AIC and adjusted TPS to .45 volts. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, I have not adjusted timing since i took it out to change intake gaskets. I also put new egr and purge valve.

Check your fuel pressure regulator for a ruptured diaphragm.
You might have a leaky injector.
The coolant temperature sensor might be bad or have a bad (open or corroded) connection.
