Default Custom Mail tune for 1989. Who do you recommend?

I have a 1989 6 speed with headers and full exhaust. All else is stock for now. I plan to do the normal mods like remove MAF screens and cut filter lid, etc.

Who is best to go to for custom Mail tunes? Point me in the right direction.

With those mods the stock tune should work fine. Otherwise go find a shop near you that can do a custom dyno tune, bang for the buck will be best with the dyno tune.

Unless you do major mods like intake, cam, or heads the ecm will compensate for those minor changes......If you do decide later on to get a tune ,just make sure your as close to "finished adding parts" as you're going to get for a while....WW

There are only 2 shops, for several states around, willing (or knowledgeable.. ) to tune my l98. P J's Speed shop in Tonawanda NY (which I cannot get ahold of; their number isn't working, no FB etc..) and J&J Speed Shop in Elma (who's backlogged by 2 months). Otherwise, TBIchip's is willing to mail-order me another tune. TBIchips also offers data-logging their tunes. Contact them!
