Default 89 C4 read tuning logs need help

Hi First post! I have a 89 C4 with 49k original miles.

I recently bought a OBD cable and captured data to a file using
WinADL. It's running rough and I'm not sure how to read the data or what it means.

Can someone here give me some pointers or show me how to read and analyze the data?

Thanks in Advance

I suggest importing the files into Excel. Then you can edit out the bogus stuff and graph what is happening. Here's one I did of IAC counts, as an example:

The first part is idling in the garage. You can see the IAC counts drop off as the engine warms up and the idle speed is reduced. The peaks and valleys are the IAC running in "throttle follower" mode while I was driving.
