Default Injectors

Hello all,
I have a 1990 base model 5.7 automatic.
I have a question about my injectors. They seem to
be aftermarket and have a chrome metal outside jacket.
The numbers I pulled off them read 010D1048. When I pulled the injectors out to look at them, I noticed the director plates have 3 holes to them.
Are these aftermarkets or stock? If anyone has any info
would greatly appreciate it. I believe I have a couple of weak ones that
are causing the engine to run rough. Am considering replacing them with better ones.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave C
