Default 93 LT1 Spark Plug choice and other tune advise

What would be the proper sparkplug for a 93 LT1 putting out over 440HPs. It has lots of equipment:
*Machined resurfaced block 30 over (right now 80 miles, brake in period and taking it easy.)
*Complete MSD 6AL system, 8.5mm cables and MSD Opti
*52mm Throttle body
*36LBS Injectors
*Automotive fuel pressure regulator
*deleted EGR system
*CompCam 218 224 113* 570 565
*Hdrolic rollers, lifters, rockers at 1.6 ratio
*TFS 185 Alum Heads
*Hooker Shorty Headers, no Cats, 2.5" pipes, X pipe, Flowmaster 10 Series Mufflers
*Rebuilt all new 700 R4 Transmission with a B&M Stage 2 Shift kit
*Dana 36 differential with 2.59 gears (original, I know, not for 1/4 mile)

Used 10W30 oil for two days just to crank let idle, changed to Royal Purple 5W30 now for the next 1000 miles for brake in. Will change it again (what should I use, stay with factory spec oil?). After 80 miles in two days not going over 55 with an occational rev up beyond 3000 to loosen up slowly. Waiting on chip from PCM of NC (good guys). I think I fouled up a sparkplug, engine started to miss and a little bit of smoke is noticeable, you can smell the oil. My tech says most likely a plug or two (in shop now investigating). He told me to get on the Forum to ask for guidance on a proper sparkplug and gap, currently gapped at .50 like factory. I believe I have the best combination for a daily driver with plenty of ******** fortitude, It sounds angry and waiting to be unleashed. Thanks in advance for your expertise folks.
