Hi all (I searched the archives but only found 89 and older data)...

1) Temp Door moves via a screwdriver through the Blower Module hole, but not via the Motor.
2) No Codes from HVAC Head, and all Parameters report correctly.
3) Vacuum is good, and all other Vents work correctly.
4) There was a pronounced rattle in that area of the the under-dash, which stopped when the Temp Door failed.

I still need to check the Motor Power and Door POT Resistance, but the Temp Door Linkage is likely to blame. How does one repair the 91 Heater Box's Temp Door Linkage?

a) Can I remove the RH Dash and split the Heater Core Case in the car and access the Temp Door Linkage and Motor etc?

b) Do I have to evacuate the AC and remove the engine side AC Evap Case, and remove the entire Heater Core Case to find the Temp Door Linkage (like the Manual says)?

c) Any tips on R&R'ing this on a 91 (looks like a Pain In The Neck)?

d) Where is Connector 295 (supposedly under the RH Lower Trim Panel, but I can't seem to find it)?
