Fuel gage sending unit
Any tell me how to test the fuel gage sending unit on an 86? Like resistance empty and full? And what years interchange? Thanks.

Get the part # at www.acdelco.com and then use their cross-reference to see what years are interchangeable.
90 ohms is Full; 45 ohms Half; 0 ohms is Empty.
Should be a Tech Tip about repairing the Sender.
