Default What kind of compression do you see when doing compression test on an LT1?

I have a 93 LT1.

I did a compression check. All cylinders, except one, read between 185 and 190. The one that didnt read 210 PSI ( a retest confirmed this). I suspect carbon build up.

Anyways though...

What kind of compression do you all see on your LT1 in PSI ?
Please state the year of your motor and whether the heads/pistons are stock....

Any input is always appreciated/

Those numbers sound reasonable. I don't remember the exact numbers when did the test on my stock internal 92 but that sounds close. There are ways to skew the numbers depending on if you hold the throttle open or not, etc.

A leakdown test might tell you more than a comrpession test.
