The No Start 86 Build is Running, Test drive Today!
Took me some time yesterday getting it to run right.
Had to run up and fill the gas can with gas as it ran very low, like down to the last bar on the guage.
Then my 20+ year old timing light decided to take a carp.
Still having some trouble getting the timing where I want it, I can get to 8 degrees and the cap hits the superram plenum.
Good enough for now, fool with distributor later.
A few more things to button up this morning and around noon I should be driving down the road for its first test run.

Put about 25 miles on today, have not got on it yet, but she has a nice pull with light acceleration. Its running pretty good, need to put a few more miles on before pushing it harder.
I'm hoping next month to get it up and have it tuned.

After checking the timing again, I'm really at 10 degrees, don't hear any knock but that does not mean anything. Have not had it at 6 yet with the new build.
