Default Easy way to check for leaking injectors on LT1

I've have the engine out to rebuild this winter and I have my fuel rail sitting upside down on the cowl. Two of the injectors filled with gasoline in their nozles. With a pressurized system, it doesn't take long for the gas to reappear. Doing this check would involve disconnecting the 8 injector plugs and unbolting the fuel rail and turning it upside down with the injectors facing up. Come back in a while (perhaps overnight) and see if any gas has leaked out. Might want to take some precautions to avoid gas leaking everywhere, just in case there are some bad leakers! As I said, I found I had two injectors that leak this way. The fuel system has not been pressurized in almost two months and gas still is leaking out.

Yep, I do something similar, just pop them up on the rail, set the works on a cookie sheet and turn on the ignition. I do that once a year looking for leaky injectors...
