bcm reprogram on 91 vette
does anyone know how to reprogram the milage on a new bcm people tell me i have 100 miles to do so or it locks in and it cant be reprogramed after that chevy doesnt seem to know neather does the vette distributor i purchased the pcm from help bigg321@aol.com

that is absolutely correct. The CCM cannot be touched with over 100 miles on it.
As far as I know, not even GM has the capacity to change it. The reason is simple - it stops fraud.
