I ran Weld skinnies (15" x 3.5") and slicks (15" x 10") on my '87 for many years. You can not run regular width 15" diameter wheels on the front due to caliper clearance. The back is no issue.

Why would you want to go with a 15" wheel? There are very few true performance tires in 15" and the selection of even the stock 16" tires in a performance tire is getting thin.

Unless you are looking at custom-made wheels, the chances of finding something with the proper offset and backspacing is next to nothing.
