Default 95 U-joints or wheel bearing?

Right rear started making grinding noises today.

Replaced the half-shaft u-joints about 100k ago. Has 140k on it now.

Left side no movement when grabbing the top of the wheel and pushing in and out. Right side the is small movement but nothing I would be worried about.

Jacked up the rear and placed it in first and listened to the right side. I cant tell if the u-joints are making noise or the bearing. The whole half shaft sounds noisy.

Should I just go for u-joints and hope it is'nt the bearing?
