How much horsepower and torque does a stock LT1 put out?

I know this is almost impossible to figure, but just as an estimate what do you think I'm getting w/ the following mods on my 92:
K&N
TPIS Power Now
Muffler Eliminators w/ 3.5 inch pipe (stock tips)
160 degree thermostat
Hypertech 2 power chip
This is what the previous owner did to the car. Nothing major but I'm thinking I gained a little bit. I'm thinking/hoping about 320/340. That sound about right?
