Default Size of socket to remove IAC Valve

Anyone know offhand what size sicket fits on the IAC valve???

I usually use channel locks with good success cause the socket is larger than my stock.

The IAC valve on my '86 is 1 1/4", but you'll never get a socket on it...

Just use a Crescent wrench. Can't torque it down too much anyhow...

The service manual for my '93 says use the GM J-tool for that. :D

I did mine with a crescent wrench and a vise.
