Can I use the ECU from a 1986 in a 1988 ?
I got a doner car and it had the ECU repaired.

Yes, but you need to check the bradcast code of the chip to make sure it is compatiable, or use the chip from your 86....

86-89 ECM's are compatable, just the broadcast code is different on the chips.
