Default banjo bolt question

hi everyone! im doing the c5 brake upgrade. my calipers have arrived, but they dont seem to have come with the banjo bolt -- the bolt that holds the brake line to the caliper. just wondering if i can use the same one that's on the stock (85) calipers. i'd like to use the same brake lines if possible. can i just hook up the old brake line to the new(c5) caliper with the old banjo bolt, or do i need to purchase the banjo bolts for the c5 caliper? thanks!

I really don't know... does it thread in? If so, I would try it.

Also, you must use new crush washers.

The bolts and your existing lines will work. I've never had a problem reusing copper or aluminum washers. Just make sure they're in good condition.

Hint on reusing copper sealing washers: heat them to dull red temp with a propane torch and immediately drop them in ice water. It will soften the copper and give you the best chance for a good seal when you re-install them.
