New Tire Time!
What's everyone running? I guess they discontinued the BFGoodrich G-Force series I have been using for the last several years. Sucks, that was a great tire for the wonderful weather in FL.

Went with the Bridgestones. Supposedly are softer but have less squirm than the Goodyears, which also gets rave reviews. Their biggest size is only 255x40x17 though.
Also should say, the Bridgestones are non-directional asymmetric. So with them on all 4 corners of my Y2Ks, I can rotate any tire with any other tire.

I was deciding between these and the new Bridgestone Re050 pole position.

On the other hand folks are almost giving away 16's for the early C-4's. There are probably a few sets here in the Parts for Sale section.
I went with GS-D3's on my '85 and couldn't be happier. I only wish they offered them in a few more sizes...
Good luck... GUSTO

I personally use the Kumho Ecsta SPT's for the front and the AST's on the rear. I think they both ride great and the tread wear is excellent as well. I know they arent the BEST things I could be putting on there, but I figure they are just about the best for the money.
