Indy cars run those kind of intakes
1) better throttle responce
2) you can tune the runner length by changing the lengths of the trumpets.

Chevy did it

I'm sorry, with the price of that intake. the ECM, the install, the tune, and all the nickle and dime **** they eat you up with, you could go s/c or 383 for damn near the same price.

Yeah, it looks neat, but the HP per $$ ratio is totally ****ed

" i found a unirversal efi adjustable fuel regualtor by aeromotive,# aei-13105 @ $ 155 u.s dollars"

13301 or 13301 are cheaper .
13301 is listed as carb regulator but comes with spring for 20-60lb EFI included.
Just plug the unused ports.NPT fitttings cheaper than AN fittings

FPP in Auckland have excellent pricing on fuel line fittings.

How about this instead ?
ebay item number: 330151693701

A link to local aftermarket ECM info.

http://www.autotechengineering.com.au/ECU%20Tuning
/ECU%20Tuning.htm

Unichip would appear to be the only local product that piggybacks off the original ECM.
The Haltech and Motec are replacement ECM's with real time tuning ability.

If you have good computer skills , could run the stock 727 ECM and use the Moates "Ostrich " emulator with a program like Tunerpro on your laptop to give real time tuning .Lets you tune as you drive or on a dyno.

Brian, you said: " ..you can tune the runner length by changing the lengths of the trumpets..."
I'm not expert on this... of course I know that longer the intake runner better the low end..and shorter better the top.
Is not the position of the throttle, the point where to start to measure the intake tract ?
I'm asking this because I see that the Moon has longer runner, with the throttle (in the single throttlebody)with additional some inch far from the end of the runner.
The Katicore / Verycoolparts (the one that has installed boschvette) seems instead with very short runners.
I have the opportunity to use a Moon intake (taken from a friend with a project car far to be ended.. ) but I don't like the fuel rail position, and I really don't know which parts need to be purchased..
The Katicore / Verycoolparts (the one that has installed boschvette), seems position the injectors in the same position as a stock Tuned port injected SB manifold and in the 3400 Aus $ all seems included.
I think that there is lack of info in the respective sites for both intakes.

another benefit of this intake is the hood clearance.

if i had the money i would lose my miniram and get this beast, it's exotic, cool, and just plain bad ***. i really like your car and the way you set it up.
