LT1 Rod Bearings ...
I read an article about LT1's and it said spun rod bearings are common in these engines. I did a forum search and really didn't find anything on this subject.
Has anyone experienced or heard anything about this?

That comes from people bumping thier rev limiter too much (rod bolts are weak), or hitting a road course w/o putting on a road race pan ( oil starvation )
If you don't mess with the rev limiter, and pay attention to your oil system, your AOK.
