My battery was at 10.2 V and however the battery light was NOT on ...

So there is an issue with the rectifier or regulator?
I testet the rectifier with an ohmmeter and it seems ok to me.


The rectifier is a DR5173 but on alternatorparts.com I found this:

Diodes: 6-70 A Jumbo �� Non-Avalanche, for 12V & 24V Systems �� For 17SI, 21SI, 22SI, 33SI, 34SI, CS144
