only two coolent ports on 8 t/b intake manifold ??
hi guys,
i just noticed some thing and that is on my new 8 throttle body intake that there is only two coolent hole ports there one each side at the front of intake!
is this normal and ok ?
what problems could arrise from this ,if any please ?
i would of thought there would be two on each side thats all ?
my super ram had 4 ports two on each side though.

Just place a large vacuum nipple over each coolant port.
Run the coolant directly from the WP to the heater w/o passing through the TB, i.e. the TB coolant bypass mod.

but bim not really sure what you mean mate ???
would you have any diagrams mate that you could scetch up please ??
as know coolent is going any where else thru the whole intake accept for the front small passage and then it goes staright thur to the heads port and that is it!
non of the t/b come any where close to the hot coolent you see.
its not like your tipical plenum style t/b thats all mate

yeah none of the (8) t/b,s have coolent near them!
i want to post up pics which i have in my email as i paid a guy today to scan the pics of my new 8 t/b intake and sent them as attachments,but i have no clue how or what to do so i will just have to wait to see if larry ld85 or beppe conv90 will do it for me!

I'm not sure how it will work without those steam ports; perhaps someone herein has some experience in this area.
