WBO2 Connected To PCM & Read thru Datamaster
I already do basic tuning and logging with my laptop. I want to be able to do wideband O2 tuning and have it logged into datamaster along with all the other data. I discovered that this can be done by feeding the info into an unused sensor going to the PCM and setting up a custom engine data capture in datamaster with a formula. Any C4's done this before? I found a write up on the Z28 Forum on how to do this with the LT1 using the AC pressure sensor which is 0-5 volts. Today while searching I found a similar write up in the C5 section using the AC pressure sensor or the EGR sensor(see link below). I am not running the EGR system anymore so I would like to use that sensor if possible. The C5 thread refers to the EGR Pintle Position Sensor. Is the EGR sensor on the LT1 also 0-5v? Should I be able to use this? If not I will just use the AC pressure sensor and put a switch on it. I'll do a full write up with some pics on this when done.

What about using and LM1 in place of the stock O2 sensor for the regualr O2 readings and for tuning Wideband to an extra PCM sensor or an external reader?

Sorry for posting here but stuff never gets read in the Tuning section.
Thanks

I don't know the Innovate... I have a Zeitronix.
If you are able to put your AFR values in the Datamaster datalog (it can be done) you'll have no more than 7-10 frames per seconds.
With my zeitronix I have at least 40 -45 frames per second.

I'll trade 40-45 frames per second for the afr ratio in the datamaster stream.
BTW, the 40-45 frames are very helpfull doing WOT in first and second gear, where the rpms climbs very very fast.
