Default What Is The Difference In .xdf and .ecu

I have been trying to use TunerPro RT but I cannot seem to get it to work with a definition ending in .ecu. It will work with .xdf but I am under the impression the definition 6E.xdf is not correct for my 90 L98.

How do I get TunerPro to work with the Super_8dm2.ecu definition which I think is what I need. Please set me straight.

Thanks.

go to moates.net /"file exchange" downloads /enter "password" /bins /"binary bin def.s" (3rd down) /:"tuner pro xdf" /"General Motors" /"8d xdf" /...download (scroll down, listed in numerical order, all "/" symbols above mean click)

Thanks mseven. I tried several times to download this file and every time it is saved to my computer is saves it as 8D_xdf not 8D.xdf. TunerPro does not seem to recognize the _ in the file name.

What am I doing wrong and how do I correct it?

Thanks again.
