P.E.D 8 fuse for under hood lights?

P.E.D 8 fuse for under hood lights? HELP Anyone ?
I have a 95 , would like to know where I can get this fuse. Chevy dealer couldn't help. It's the one by the left turn signal light for the under hood lights. It has on the top of the little fuse case P.E.D 8 fuse. The fuse is missing.

My 95 takes a 10 amp fuse (red color) for the underhood lights.
The FSM doesn't make any reference to what's on the top of the fuse holder?
Probably pulled the fuse to keep from running the battery down for whatever reason.
