Thanks for the quick reply. i was surfing the net for the same question. the answer i got was the same as yours. under the passenger side knee bolster. what i read was that i have to tear apart the vent system and remove the fuse panel to get at it. my service manuals don't give you a lot of help. My car dies on the freeway. I thought it was a heat issue but i ran it in my garage until the temp pegged out. ran like a top. i now believe that it is this relay or worse a loose wire for the pump. i was able to determin that the pump quits. (and yes, i just replaced the fuel pump) It only does this when i am in motion. i sit for a few seconds and she starts right up.

IIRC you can get to it without the teardown it is tucked up in the IP but you can reach it from below.Bolster was the only thing I took out to get to mine when I changed it.
