Default Code 32 -- EGR? and SES light

That's what the book says a code 32 is -- '91 L98 auto -- would replacing the EGR and/or O2 sensor fix this?

The SES light comes on after about 20 minutes or so of (only) highway driving...

I'm going to be replacing the injectors soon anyway so replacing the EGR at that time should be a minor part of that big job...no?

Thanks all!

Why would it have anything to do with the O2 sensor? Different circuit entirely.

First thing to do is go here

And troubleshoot the problem before you go replacing things.

My "91" had the SES light come on about the same time as yours and had a code 32.

I checked for vacuum leaks and checked the EGR solenoid but, the SES light continued to come on every night on the way home from work. The engine ran fine.

I decided to install a new AC Delco EGR valve since the original had 80,000 miles on it and the SES never came on again. I cleared the code 32 and it never returned.
